Community Manager

📋 Description

• Lead dbt community engagement, focusing on growing the dbt Slack community and supporting data
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve member experience and surface community insights.
• Manage cross-channel digital engagement beyond Slack to create a cohesive member journey.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in digital community management or related roles in global/distributed settings.
• Proven ability to own day-to-day operations for large online communities (Slack/Discord/forum).
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics, trust building, and scale management.
• Experience creating/moderating workflows, Code of Conduct enforcement, and escalation paths.
• Excellent written communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with community tooling/analytics (Slack workflows, Common Room) and data-driven KPI
