• Onboard new Mighty Pro Hosts, learn brand voice and rhythms before going live.
• Set up and manage communities, online courses, challenges, and events.
• Execute monthly themes, weekly calendars, and daily polls with the Mighty Pro team.
• Create high-quality content at scale reflecting each Host’s brand voice.
• Welcome members and provide exceptional journey support and issue resolution.
