Community Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team to achieve operational excellence and meet NOI, occupancy, collections, and home sales
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations including Fair Housing Standards
• Drive resident satisfaction, renewals, and a strong resident experience
• Oversee billing, work orders, and on-site sales/occupancy management
• Maintain safety and curb appeal across homesites and common areas
• Contribute to capital planning and project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management; manufactured housing experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with a solutions mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents, teammates, and leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
