📋 Description

• Lead a team to achieve occupancy, NOI, and sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations.
• Oversee resident satisfaction and renewals through proactive engagement.
• Manage operating expenses, vendor oversight, and capital projects.
• Coach staff to execute standard operating procedures with excellence.
• Maintain accurate resident ledgers and timely work order resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in multi-family property management; manufactured housing a plus
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
