📋 Description

  • Support qualitative and quantitative research activities (surveys, interviews, focus groups
  • Collect, organize, clean, manage, and analyze data using Excel, R, SPSS, or similar tools.
  • Interpret findings and translate research into practical insights for clients and communities.
  • Draft reports, memos, proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents.
  • Develop clear data visuals (charts, infographics) to communicate findings.
  • Support client meetings, presentations, and capacity-building activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in public health, public policy, sociology, psychology, education, social work, or
  • At least 3 years’ experience in research, evaluation, consulting, or related field.
  • Experience collecting and analyzing qualitative and/or quantitative data; conducting interviews
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with SPSS, R, NVivo, Dedoose or similar tools.
  • Consulting mindset; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
