• Provide one-on-one employment support
• Meet clients at home and community
• Conduct career assessments
• Help develop resumes and practice interviews
• Support onboarding with employers
• Offer ongoing coaching for job retention

🎯 Requirements

• 2-year degree or equivalent experience
• Experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring
• Know-how of job markets and hiring process
• 18+ with HS diploma or GED
• Tech comfort and valid driver’s license
• Auto liability insurance and good communication
