Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Support the design, analysis, administration, and continuous improvement of OppFi's compensation
• Partner with People Operations, Finance, Payroll, HR Systems, and leaders to provide data-driven
• Assist with annual compensation planning, merit increases, and bonus planning.
• Prepare Compensation Committee materials and executive analyses.
• Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, internal equity analyses, and salary structure
• Develop headcount budgets and workforce planning models with Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience with annual compensation planning, merit increases, and incentive/bonus administration.
• Experience administering variable pay programs (short-term incentives, commissions).
• Experience with executive compensation analyses and Compensation Committee materials.
• Experience with market pricing, salary structures, and internal equity analyses.
