Compensation Analyst, Revenue Operations

📋 Description

• The Compensation Analyst, Revenue Operations will manage day-to-day administration of sales
• Administer commission operations including expense accruals, variable compensation calculations
• Manage plan administration including plan distribution, acceptance tracking, system setup
• Ensure calculations and payments are accurate, timely, and aligned with company policies.
• Configure, test, and maintain commission systems for updates to incentive plans and structures.
• Partner with Sales Ops, HR, Finance, and stakeholders to track changes (new hires, transfers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales compensation administration, commission operations, or relatedRevenue Ops
• Strong understanding of sales commission processes and incentive structures.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with manual calculations and complex data analysis.
• Experience with commission management platforms e.g., CaptivateIQ or similar cloud tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, incentive comp systems, or PM platforms; Spiff and DocuSign experience
