Administer the day-to-day operations of commissions including the commissions expense accrual file
Manage compensation plans setup, distribution, tracking, and data validation
Administer variable compensation payments (draws, commissions, SPIFFs, other terms)
Execute and maintain compensation plans for accurate payments per policy
Configure and test commission systems for changes in Global Sales Incentive Plan
Collaborate with HR and Sales Operations on employee data changes

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years in sales compensation administration
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with CaptivateIQ or similar cloud-based tool
Experience with Salesforce.com, ICM or similar tool
Excellent verbal/written communication and collaboration skills
