📋 Description

  • Lead global benefits strategy and program design.
  • Manage end-to-end benefits updates, data validation, approvals, and budgeting with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze program usage and provide data-driven improvements.
  • Oversee global mobility: compensation for new locations and relocation policy.
  • Partner with Sales to maintain job architecture and incentive plans.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in benefits/compensation or HR ops in a multinational organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
  • Global benefits and mobility design experience; knowledge of EMEA laws and international mobility regs.
  • Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals: benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and sales incentives.
  • Experience managing outsourced vendors and relations with works councils/unions; bonus payout experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Google Workspace and HiBob is a plus.
