📋 Description

Support the implementation of compensation and benefits practices.
Serve as local SME for C&B; advise HRBPs and senior leaders.
Assist annual planning, budgeting for salary and benefits.
Benchmark external competitiveness of internal salary ranges.
Monitor compensation trends; provide analytics for efficiency.
Provide ongoing HR support on compensation operations.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 6 years experience in Compensation & Benefits.
MBA in Human Resource or equivalent degree.
Deep knowledge of India compensation & benefits and employment acts.
Data analytics; proficient in MS Excel.
Strong advisory skills for HR partners and leaders.
Experience with budgeting, annual reports and AGMs.
