Compensation strategy and advisory to leadership and HRBPs in partnership with VP, Total Rewards
Develop market competitive compensation design, structure, and guidance to attract and retain talent
Interface with leadership, HR Partners, Recruiting, and People Leaders to inform compensation

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of compensation experience with incentive design
Strong collaboration with People team peers and business stakeholders
Problem solving for data, process, and workflow issues; proactive gap identification
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Independent worker with strong organizational skills and confidentiality
Fully proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

🎁 Benefits

Hybrid in Lehi, UT office with in-office three weekdays per week
Pay range: $110,000 - $137,500 USD
Stock options: 115,000 stock options
