Own the complaint lifecycle, investigate returned products, and identify trends to improve QMS.
Review inbound feedback to determine formal complaint criteria and log in Arena.
Safely process and inspect returned devices to identify primary failure modes and root causes.
Monitor return rates and complaint metrics to spot patterns and drive improvements.
Synthesize findings into leadership reports and support regulatory compliance.
Support continuous improvement and timely, accurate case closures.

🎯 Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in an engineering/technical discipline.
Understanding of SQL and Python for querying data and analysis.
Experience with QMS concepts and medical device manufacturing quality practices.
Strong written/verbal communication, analytical thinking, and deadline-driven prioritization.

🎁 Benefits

Location: Onsite in San Mateo, CA (5 days a week).
Full-time exempt role with pay range $70,000 - $90,000.
