📋 Description

Prepare and submit reports to CNBV, Banxico, SAT, CONDUSEF on schedule
Monitor regulator guidance and translate into internal action plans
Maintain compliance calendar for filings, renewals, and reporting deadlines
Operate and improve AML/KYC program per LFPIORPI and Banxico circulares
Own PEP screening and sanctions monitoring workflows; ensure timely reviews
File AOR and SAT-related reports accurately and on time

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years of compliance in Mexico fintech or regulated finance
Hands-on filing: CNBV, Banxico, SAT, CONDUSEF (2+)
LFPIORPI knowledge; experience with SAT AOR/Inusual reporting
AML/KYC program operation: monitoring, EDD, SAR filing
Strong Spanish; English for cross-regional coordination
Independent worker; multi-deadline management and escalation
