• Support AlphaSense's expert network compliance program across onboarding, reviews, governance, and
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Product, Customer Ops, and Commercial teams to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years in operations, admin, customer support, or compliance operations (new grads welcome).
• Familiarity with securities laws, MNPI, conflicts of interest; training provided for role-specific
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to follow policies and workflows precisely.
• Strong English written communication; follow templates and produce clear responses.
• Organized, reliable, able to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Good judgment on when to follow guidance vs. escalate to senior leadership; comfortable with
