📋 Description

• Follow policies to identify non-compliant/potentially suspicious activities and act.
• Investigate alerts in a fast-paced environment with high quality standards.
• Undertake ad project work and Financial Crime program enhancements.
• Stay up to date on industry standards and regulatory requirements with the FC team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in BSA/AML, Sanctions or KYC; financial services a plus.
• Exceptional judgment, organizational and analytical skills; strong communication.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Excel, Looker or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of BSA/AML and Sanctions Program requirements.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and explain complex regulations.
• Passion for technology, fintech, and improving consumer credit.
• Industry certifications preferred (CAMS, CFE, CIA, etc.)
