Compliance Assurance Officer

📋 Description

• Deliver assurance reviews end to end per EMAP plan
• Define testing approach and review activities
• Conduct fieldwork, testing, and fact-finding with accuracy
• Maintain robust working papers and clear documentation
• Work with owners to agree remediation plans and track actions
• Support governance and stakeholder engagement across the region

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• Around 3 years of experience in monitoring, testing, assurance, or audit within regulatory
• Experience in a regulated organisation, ideally Financial Services
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to work independently and escalate when needed
• Good English communication; ability to engage with stakeholders
