• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Risk
• Maintain control inventories and risk-to-control mappings
• Develop risk-based monitoring and data quality reviews
• Suggest automation and AI-enabled monitoring improvements
• Prepare leadership reports on monitoring results and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Mid Career (5-10 years) in Compliance/Risk/Controls in financial services
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience with GRC platforms and risk assessments
• Experience with regulatory/change management and third-party risk
• Data analytics, automation, or AI tools for monitoring
• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
