🎯 Requirements

JD from an accredited law school; licensed to practice.
5+ years of legal experience including compliance and/or litigation.
Strong judgment; practical, business-oriented advice.
Problem-solving mindset; decisive and proactive.
Excellent written and verbal communication; multitask well.
Willing to travel across time zones; some travel may be required.
