📋 Description

• Provide global compliance guidance and governance standards.
• Deliver practical employment advice across employee lifecycle.
• Manage disputes incl. contract, IP, privacy, bankruptcy matters.
• Lead investigations and oversee compliance hotline processes.
• Train and monitor compliance programs with global scope.
• Collaborate with People Team and business partners.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice.
• 4-7 years in compliance, employment and/or litigation.
• Strong business-oriented legal judgment and communication.
• Ability to manage matters independently across functions.
• Experience with global employment matters and disputes.
• Willingness to work across time zones; some travel may be required.
