Compliance Engineer - North America

📋 Description

• Collaborate across teams to maintain US Gov compliance (GovRAMP, FedRAMP, CJIS, CMMC).
• Shape ElevenLabs' Enterprise offerings for regulated industries (Gov/Defense/Finance).
• Build technical documentation to demonstrate compliance across the stack to customers.
• Assist sales by responding to security requests and managing compliance queries.
• Conduct risk assessments using CIS/NIST frameworks; document findings.
• Enhance compliance as code tooling to automate monitoring and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience completing vendor security assessments and client security questionnaires in regulated sectors (US Gov/Defense).
• Strong technical expertise in managing/operating compliance; hands-on with tools (e.g., Vanta).
• Proven ability to maintain/acquire certifications and manage audit readiness.
• Experience collaborating with sales, engineering, legal to communicate compliance requirements.
• Experience with cloud compliance (AWS, GCP, Azure) and automating in cloud environments.
• Familiarity integrating compliance tools into CI/CD pipelines to automate monitoring and reporting.
