Monitor and interpret relevant compliance regulations across the TIC sector where QIMA operates
Flag changes that affect the business
Support design, rollout, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
Coordinate compliance monitoring, reviews and audits with regional and global teams
Support anti-bribery and anti-corruption programs
Act as a liaison between Compliance and other departments; track metrics and remediation plans

🎯 Requirements

3-6 years' experience in compliance, legal, risk, audit, or related function
Working knowledge of regulatory compliance or at least one major compliance domain
Proficiency in English and Mandarin; able to communicate with global and local stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree or above; expertise in law or audit preferred
Detail-oriented, compliance-driven with integrity
Proactively explore and adopt AI tools to improve compliance management
