Compliance Manager, BSA/AML Program

📋 Description

• Lead the design and execution of BSA/AML, CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening
• Advise on deposit product initiatives, partnering with Product, Legal, Operations, Engineering, and
• Develop and manage BSA/AML initiatives, including new product launches and regulatory enhancements.
• Administer ongoing customer due diligence aligned with CIP, Red Flags, and BSA/AML procedures.
• Evaluate risks to develop transaction monitoring rules and efficient investigations.
• Monitor regulatory changes (FinCEN, OFAC, FFIEC) and translate them into scalable processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in BSA/AML compliance or related Risk/Compliance role in a bank or regulated financial
• Experience implementing onboarding processes with identity verification, CDD, EDD, sanctions
• Working knowledge of BSA/Patriot Act and related deposit product risks.
• Experience delivering AML risk assessments, KRIs/KPIs, and cross-functional initiative leadership.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
