📋 Description

• Final authority over global compliance procedures with MLRO guidance.
• Ensure CPPM governs procedures; guide Operations on implementation.
• Participate in product launches; coordinate stakeholders for compliance.
• Oversee SLA tracking across ops and banking partners; maintain the Compliance Dashboard.
• Primary contact for audits and regulators; maintain centralized documentation.
• Lead quality check frameworks and translate risk into standardized boundaries.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in compliance and people management.
• Strong knowledge of fintech and payment legislation.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• Tech Savvy: proficient with modern software/tools.
• High integrity, discretion, and perseverance.
• Self-starter with initiative; interest in KYC/onboarding and process optimization.
