📋 Description

Oversee license applications, implementation, and ongoing maintenance globally.
Lead or participate in from-scratch license strategy and rollout projects.
Liaise with regulatory authorities, submitting materials and inquiries.
Monitor regulatory policies; provide compliance advice and risk alerts.
Collaborate with legal, risk, product, and others to drive compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher.
1–3 years in crypto/fintech compliance or licensing.
License implementation in Seychelles, India, UK, Bermuda, or EU MiCA.
Proven license implementations and from-scratch (0-1) projects.
Experience in regulatory engagement, negotiations, and communication.
Proficient in English as working language.
Knowledge of crypto regulatory trends.
Strong communication, project management, and self-motivation.
