📋 Description

• Co-lead export controls and sanctions program.
• Monitor EU and US export controls & enforcement trends.
• Own classification, licensing, and tech-transfer processes.
• Advise on high-risk transactions, M&A, and market entry.
• Build workflows and automation for trade compliance.
• Escalate restricted-country reviews and high-risk cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years' EU & US trade compliance in tech/software.
• Strong command of EU export controls (EUDU) and EAR incl. AI.
• Ability to interpret software/AI features for export classification.
• Pragmatic, business-oriented judgment; fluent English.
