• Own the day-to-day performance of our Cape Town Compliance teams.
• Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and their teams.
• Manage resourcing, productivity, quality, SLAs and backlogs.
• Use data to spot problems and remove blockers to improve performance.
• Turn strategy into clear, effective operational processes.
• Drive a culture of ownership, curiosity and continuous improvement.

• Experienced, people-first operational leader.
• Led teams of 30–60 people in fast-paced environments.
• Knows how to improve frontline leadership and team performance.
• Understands productivity, QA, SLAs and backlog management.
• Can read the data, spot operational risks and act on them.
• Is confident challenging constructively and working across teams.
