📋 Description

Take ownership of compliance projects and drive remediation plans
Serve as liaison between Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations
Maintain a centralized ledger of compliance projects
Partner with Ops to implement guardrails in daily workflows
Identify and resolve operational drift before compliance risks

🎯 Requirements

2–4 years in Compliance Operations, Risk Management, or Ops PM in fintech
Execution-focused with track record of delivering complex projects
Cross-functional coordination across Legal, Ops, and Engineering
Knowledge of consumer lending regulations and impact on ops
Experience with Jira, Asana, Zendesk, or similar tools
Technology-first background; quick learner; deadline- and detail-oriented

🎁 Benefits
