• Supports Chief Compliance Officer to execute regulatory training programs.
• Ensures employees understand policies and receive AML and BSP training.
• Develops training programs and materials for ongoing education.
• Delivers annual AML/CFT training to all employees.
• Coordinates with process owners to finalize policy drafts.
• Monitors and updates policies and procedures for compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in compliance testing or AML training.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AML/BSP regulations.
• Graduate of a 4-year business, accounting, law, or related course.
• Strong teamwork in fast-paced, high-intensity environments.
• Self-motivated with passion for payments and crypto industries.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
