Configuration and Change Control Analyst (R5300)

📋 Description

• Senior IC owning configuration discipline for fielded V-BAT fleet
• Manage baselines: aircraft, payloads, software, ground equipment, and customer-specific
• Ensure traceable, accurate, and controlled configurations across assets
• Collaborate with Fleet Support, Sustainment Eng, Product Eng, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in configuration management, change control, or related fields
• Experience managing baselines, revision control, and change effectivity in complex environments
• Strong knowledge of configuration baselines, as-built/as-maintained records, and traceability
• Experience supporting Engineering Change Requests/Orders and release readiness
• Ability to map changes to affected aircraft, systems, configurations, and serial numbers
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to drive cross-functional accountability as a
