University degree in accounting or related field
3+ years in BC functional analysis or 5+ in Dynamics NAV
Experience in implementation, migration, and post‑implementation support
Proficiency in BC financial modules: Finance, General Accounting, Sales, Planning, Production
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
Fluent French and English; ability to work with North American clients
