Outreach to subcontractors; collect quotes and level bids.
Coordinate RFIs; track responses and updates to bidders.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in commercial construction estimating, scope development, and proposals.
Proven bid proposal writing with clear exclusions and allowances.
Hands-on with Contractor Foreman; PlanHub experience a must.
Digital takeoff tools: Bluebeam, PlanSwift, STACK.
Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
USB headset, webcam; reliable internet and 1.8 GHz+ CPU, 4GB RAM.
