Construction Estimator (Heavy Equipment, Metal Studs, Brick/Block, Masonry)

📋 Description

• Perform detailed digital quantity takeoffs for commercial projects
• Prepare material, labor, and overall project cost estimates
• Review drawings, blueprints, specifications, and scope documents
• Identify project requirements, exclusions, scope gaps, and risks
• Coordinate with US-based owners/managers on project scope
• Meet estimating deadlines with high accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 3–10+ years of direct construction estimating experience
• Demonstrated experience estimating US-based construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and project documents
• Proficiency with estimating software: Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST
• Fully fluent English (written and verbal) and ability to work remotely
