Construction Estimator (Residential, Hospitality, Medical, Retail)

📋 Description

• Identify bidding opportunities aligned with company capabilities.
• Perform quantity takeoffs using PlanHub and estimating tools.
• Review drawings, specs, and project requirements to determine scope.
• Prepare accurate and competitive bids for full or partial scopes.
• Submit bids within required deadlines; handle RFIs and submittals.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of US construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Strong understanding of US construction estimating practices.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and bid preparation; PlanHub a strong plus.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and project documents; familiarity with commercial projects.
• Fluent English; strong initiative, organization, and ability to work independently.
