Construction Field Superintendent

📋 Description

• Lead daily on-site construction operations for commercial projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Maintain documentation and support field teams on site.
• Ensure safety compliance and site cleanliness.
• Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and owners.
• Support final inspections and project closeout.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of construction field experience
• Strong knowledge of PEMB, concrete, MEP, utilities
• Experience with BuilderTrend or similar systems
• OSHA 30 certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; English proficiency (Spanish preferred)
