Construction Manager

📋 Description

• Lead pre-construction and construction activities for data center projects from planning to
• Develop and maintain project execution plans for sequencing, logistics, and site coordination.
• Support budgets, estimates, bid packages, schedules, and procurement.
• Review drawings, specs, and proposals to identify constructability risks.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, controls, and electrical scopes.
• Direct field activities, manage site logistics, and ensure daily execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in construction or energy project management; utilities or modular infra a plus.
• Experience managing contractor networks and large procurement.
• Knowledge of permitting, utility coordination, QA/QC, and construction processes.
• Experience with Procore, Monday.com, or similar PM platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination.
