📋 Description

• Oversee construction projects from inception to closeout.
• Develop project plans with schedules, risks, communications, milestones.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule KPIs; act on issues.
• Direct general contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to meet requirements.
• Lead permitting, bidding, contractor selection, and change orders.
• Travel 50-70% across Canada and North America as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Construction/PM experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or high school with 4+ years military or equivalent.
• Strong planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk, procurement, closeout.
• Experience overseeing preconstruction through turnover; strong communication.
• Knowledge of accessibility/life-safety; able to travel 50-70% and meet physical demands.
