Construction Project Coordinator (Federal)

📋 Description

• Review construction plans, specs, contracts, and technical docs to assess constructability and
• Oversee construction/renovation projects, monitor contractor activities, evaluate materials
• Provide day-to-day operational support to construction teams and assist with special projects and
• Support renovation/construction initiatives from planning to completion, coordinating activities
• Conduct site visits and QA inspections to ensure standards, safety, and project requirements are
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, project teams, and community stakeholders for effective

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, management, or related field.
• Experience working with tribal communities, especially in remote locations.
• Experience supporting federal construction projects preferred.
• Experience managing/coordinating residential, commercial, mixed-use, renovation, or similar
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, contracts, specifications, and technical docs.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range of $90,000–$105,000.
