• Proven construction project management experience
• Strong procurement & logistics with long-lead materials
• Excellent construction sequencing and scheduling knowledge
• Fluent English; strong remote communication skills
• Ability to manage a project remotely with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
