🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
5+ years in construction industry
2+ years leading coordination of multiple trades on site
Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and provide 24x7 on-call support
Valid driver’s license and willingness to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
Experience managing environmental controls and protecting site environment
