📋 Description

• Participate in customer projects on quality/manufacturing apps in life sciences.
• Support Functional Analysts during workshops and discussions.
• Design, prototype, configure, and document QMS solutions.
• Configure workflows, security, fields, reports, and outputs.
• Apply out-of-box functionality and best practices.
• Assess impact of changes on configurations with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, CS, or related field.
• Strong analytical and requirement translation skills.
• Excellent written/spoken communication for customer-facing work.
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers, analysts, and teams.
• Attention to detail with multi-priority management.
• Ability to quickly understand business needs and design solutions.
