📋 Description

• Negotiate and manage high volumes of pre-M&A contracts – including NDAs, confidentiality
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted advisor relationships with
• Maintain and update client playbooks on an ongoing basis, ensuring consistency and quality across

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ PQE, with a track record of independently negotiating pre-M&A contracts (NDAs, NRLs
• Experienced in transactional law with exposure to financial services; familiarity with asset
• Law Degree and licensed to practice. Licensed to practice law in any APAC jurisdiction
• Must be based in APAC time zone due to client service needs
• Tech-savvy and adaptable; comfortable working with legal tech and AI tools (e.g., HighQ)
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, able to prioritize and innovate
