Consultant, Implementation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead complex software implementations and integrations for enterprise clients.
• Own projects end to end: discovery, architecture, configuration, deployment, training, and
• Provide technical direction and escalate complex challenges to ensure success.
• Manage client communications and align projects with business and technical goals.
• Design integrations across AD, MS SQL Server, APIs, XML, and other systems; support cloud and
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and reporting to meet client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing software implementation role (legal services preferred).
• Strong MS SQL Server experience, advanced SQL scripting, relational databases.
• Experience designing and implementing multi-system integrations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with XML, JSON, REST APIs, Parquet; familiarity with ETL and data warehousing.
