7+ years experience as a benefits consultant or selling to consultants
Strong experience in SaaS Benefits, Benefits Consulting, or brokerage firms
Excellent communication, collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset
Strong prioritization in a fast-changing environment
Proven top performer with ability to build internal/external relationships
