• Provide support and program management for international relocation and mobility programs.
• Advise on assignment types, programs, benefits per business needs.
• Coordinate tax and immigration assessments with external providers.
• Maintain relocation databases and ensure data accuracy for operations.
• Assist with cost estimates, vendor relationships, and service initiation.
• Collaborate across global teams to ensure customer service excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years in international compensation, relocation, or global mobility.
• Strong understanding of tax, immigration, and benefits in mobility.
• Ability to interpret client policies and program provisions.
• Experience with global mobility products; Cartus experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
