🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science
• Experience in consulting, digital transformation, process improvement, or related projects.
• Experience implementing technology solutions and/or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience in both traditional and agile project management.
• Strong business process mapping, analysis, and redesign skills.
• Experience working with business and technology stakeholders.
