Consumer Insights Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Execute a high-impact research agenda across DFS, Sportsbook, Horse Racing and Casino.
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to identify and operationalize insights.
• Manage qualitative and quantitative custom research from concept to reporting.
• Scope programs, plan samples, design surveys, analyze data, and report findings.
• Support additional research projects with data pulls and presentation development.
• Build relationships and present insights to influence decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in market research/consumer insights; 2+ years on vendor side.
• 2+ years managing custom research from concept to completion.
• Proficient in sampling, survey design, and data analysis.
• Experience with Qualtrics; ad effectiveness and brand tracking tools.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau or similar viz tools preferred.
