Consumer & Shopper Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding of new Consumer and Shopper Panel clients from launch to adoption.
• Develop onboarding plans reflecting client objectives and priorities.
• Build relationships across client teams: insight, category, sales, marketing, and commercial.
• Explain data capabilities and how tools support client priorities.
• Coordinate with commercial, product, analytics, and Customer Success for smooth delivery.
• Monitor onboarding progress and manage risks to sustain momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with consumer or shopper panel data in FMCG/retail.
• Experience with NielsenIQ Consumer Panel or similar datasets (e.g., Kantar, Clubcard).
• Strong client-facing, relationship-management, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Experience delivering onboarding, training, or capability-building sessions.
• Ability to explain complex data to diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication in English.
