Content Analyst (Data Steward)

📋 Description

• Maintain data standards, governance, and data integrity across products
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and data quality metrics
• Analyze data quality and implement scalable data management processes
• Create and maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and data lineage
• Develop data governance policies and operational standards
• Train users and ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Management, or related field
• 1–3 years in data management, governance, stewardship, or related discipline
• Strong understanding of data quality, metadata, data lineage, and governance concepts
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and database management systems
• Experience with data profiling/analysis tools
• 1–2 years healthcare data experience preferred; knowledge of privacy and regulatory requirements
