Content and Training Specialist, Clinical Indication

📋 Description

• Curate, create, maintain, and update internal clinical reference materials, including SOPs, quick
• Develop educational and training content that supports onboarding, ongoing development, and
• Deliver virtual, hybrid, or in-person training sessions for genetic counselors, genetic counselor
• Assess training effectiveness, identify knowledge gaps, and recommend retraining, workflow
• Support quality assurance initiatives, including audit readiness, documentation updates, and
• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert on cross-functional initiatives involving workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience working in a clinical genetic testing laboratory environment.
• Master of Science or Master of Arts degree in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC-accredited program or
• Board certification or board eligibility in Genetic Counseling through ABMGG or ABGC.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without restrictions.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical and laboratory genetics and the ability to translate complex
• Strong understanding of regulatory and quality standards relevant to genetic testing laboratories
